As a courtesy to all our valued guests, all our treatments are completed as scheduled.

The Dome Spa Retreat Experience

As a guest of the Dome Spa Retreat, we invite you to escape from the high pace and enjoy the caring hands of our nurturing therapists. Take advantage of our five-star facilities and complementary valet parking.

We are located on level 4 of Brisbane Marriott Hotel. We welcome you to relax and enjoy the swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi overlooking the Brisbane River before and after your treatments, making your visit truly memorable and relaxing experience in serene, welcoming setting.

Relax with a robe and slippers during your visit, while enjoying herbal tea and filtered fruit water.

Spa Cuisine

Enjoy our seasonal menu of healthy and delicious meals and beverages, also, our popular High Tea with sparkling wine or Champagne, served on our river view balcony or in Motion Bar and Grill Restaurant.

Group Bookings

The Dome Spa retreat provides the perfect environment to enjoy time together. Bridal showers, Celebration Packages, Corporate Incentives and Special Occasions can be customised according to your needs.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hrs notice to change or cancel an appointment. A cancellation fee of 50% will apply to changes or cancellations within this time. ‘No show’ appointments are charged at the full price of booking.

Gift vouchers from the Dome Spa Retreat continue to make treasured and inspiring gifts that will be long remembered.

Available from $100 and valid for 9 months, customised gift vouchers may include any of our treatments or exclusive retreats, or be made for a specific value, make the ideal gift for any occasion.

The Dome Spa Retreat gift vouchers are exquisitely presented gift box and tied with organza ribbon.

Gifts can be posted or couriered Australia wide, or download on-line for those in a hurry or collect at the Brisbane Marriott Hotel concierge on request.

Group Bookings, Corporate and Special Occasions

The Dome Spa Retreat specialises in corporate and group bookings for all occasions. Relax on the poolside balcony to enjoy the pool, sauna and jacuzzi before or after treatments and enjoy our spa cuisine.

For larger groups enjoy the full menu in Motion Bar and Grill Restaurant.
Perfect for Bride-to-be parties, special birthdays, corporate events and Christmas parties.

Our spa coordinators can assist you in personalising and planning the perfect day for your celebrations.

To respect everyone’s Spa experience, we ask that you please keep noise levels to a minimum and switch off your mobile phone before entering the Dome Spa Retreat.

Arrival

To enjoy the full experience without limiting your treatment time, please arrive at least 15min prior to your scheduled appointment to complete a consultation form and change into robe and slippers we provide, then relax with an herbal tea. As a courtesy to our guests our treatments are completed as scheduled.

Scheduling Appointments

At The Dome Spa Retreat we want to make sure guests feel totally at home and relaxed. We schedule appointments to provide you with ample time to relax and enjoy the experience.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. A 50% cancellation fee applies to changes/cancellations made within the 24 hours prior to the appointment time. If you do not show up for your treatment, we will charge the full price of the booking.

Arrivals

To enjoy the full experience without limiting your treatment time, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete a consultation questionnaire, change into your robe and slippers we provide and to relax with a herbal tea.
